Mutronixx - Fingers
August 17, 2008Minty El Dorado - Alabama City Gets Going
January 24, 2008Minty El Dorado is an interesting fellow from Maine. He’s an amateur cartoonist who’s trying to create the next Spongebob. His first attempt, “Alabama City Gets Going,” certainly seems to have…er…potential. Check it out for yourself:
Curtis Freeranger - Customized Bike
October 24, 2007“Could someone help, please? People are dying of disease in the Far East.”
Finally, the first Freeranger song to make it up. Customized bike is hailed as one of Curtis Freeranger’s “new classics.” Originally released at the end of 2005, this man amongst ballads plowed through the charts like Freeranger’s chopper into a Baja Fresh in his infamous third drunk driving accident.
Thanks to Rick Caplan for pushing me to get this song out back out there.
My Falala
September 19, 2007“Work all day in the billiards room”
This was written alongside a handful of other songs for the movie Street Team Massacre. The other songs found a home in the film, but not “My Falala.” However, people seem to really dig this little orphan….especially the lyrics…and yes, there are actual english lyrics.
Mutronixx - White Light
September 19, 2007“Stop. Drop. Put out the fire on all fours.”
I still think that this song could be mixed a lot better. This one might be revisited again in the future for that.
The “Other” Mutronix
September 18, 2007![]()
If you run a google search for “mutronix” a bunch of weird shit pops up. There is at least one other “Mutronix,” and his name is..grr… “Adam.” I’ve known this for a while, but procrastinated in taking action, thinking the other Mutronix would go away or die from a ketamine overdose. Apparently, the perpetually shirtless Adam lives in the “real” world of Mutronia. From his profile:
Yo yo my real name is Adam, im 19 years old and I live in a town called bewdley in the west midlands.. I love goin ravin and live for da weekend!!![]()
![]()
I love tech dnb, cannot beat it!!
I make music and mix aswell, mainly dnb, hardstyle and gabba/techno
I love stompin in the hardcore techno rooms the most but will stomp to pretty much anyfin
In order to avoid confusion, I am officially rewriting future history - the great D.J. “Mutronix” will now change his name to “Mutronixx,” with two “x’s.” That being said, I will be providing updates on this young 19 year old’s journey through the “real” rave scene.

Mutronixx - Spray Your Shit
September 18, 2007“let me see them let me them let me see them titties.”
The Mutronix “classic” Spray Your Shit tweaked, remixed, and ready…at least for Mutronia.com. I wanted Spray Your Shit to be the first Mutronix song put up onto Mutronia because its essentially the theme song for Visor Cop, the ultimate Mutronian.
Rob and Amber - As Cartoons!
September 17, 2007If you watch Survivor, or The Amazing Race, or Rob and Amber: Against the Odds, than you know of Rob and Amber Mariano, an otherwise forgettable couple who met and married on reality tv. Other than to say that Rob is pretty mookish, and Amber is a submissive mook-lover, I don’t wan’t to waste anymore time telling their story. Anyways, this is a little cartoon that I made with a friend of mine,”Lentos,” that spoofs the Marianos and basically sums up the riveting plot of their Fox Reality Channel show, Rob and Amber: Against the Odds. This was my first real flash cartoon ever, and it was an exhausting exercise in lip synching.
Lentos does all the voices. in fact, he thought of this in the shower, recorded it, sent it to me, and asked me if I could animate it. I did. You can find it now on the Fox Reality Channel website… somewhere.
The Music of Mutronia
September 16, 2007Mutronia.com is where I will be placing all sorts of my creations - from cartoons to music to writings. The name “Mutronia” comes from the fictional universe where my “Mutronix” style songs take place. In the case of this blog, Mutronia’s definition now expands to become the wacky world that is my odd brain.
I write songs as Adam Malamut, but also as different pseudo-artists. Some of these “artists” include:
- Mutronix - Mutronix is the d.j. who creates the id-driven techno jams that drive the club-centric world of Mutronia. Mutronia, a small earth-like planet currently in the year 3040x, is a land where everything is decided at the club. If you’re not a player and you can’t dance, than you’re nobody - you’re as obsolete as the appendix. Its a world where ice-picking (grinding your boner into a girl while dancing) is a vital survival skill. The ultimate player in this world is The Visor Cop, a Robocop look-a-like who mixes killer looks and dance moves with the virtues of justice and respect. Nobody, save maybe Mutronix, pulls more tail than the visor cop. Other notable characters include: Mr. Holligraphico, an ethically questionable illusionist with glowing jizz, and Abeloidia, a young robot left in the forest to sink or swim. For the women of Mutronia, it doesn’t matter if you’re a perfect ten or a skanky slam pig - if you can dance and get the nut, you’ll do fine. The world of Mutronia is a mix of science fiction and club culture. Its all about dancing, fucking and bionics.

- Curtis Freeranger- Once the lead man of the late seventies, early eighties super band, Rangefire, Freeranger is now attempting to resurrect his career after over two decades of absence from the music scene. Curtis Freeranger’s recent solo works reflect on his personal life and the world as he sees it now. Now on his second wife, Diane, Freeranger has an ambiguous number of children and lives a comfortable life in the upper tax bracket. Freeranger is praised by credulous critics who’ve pre-determined that Curtis is a legend, and therefore brilliant by default.
- Kat and Vern - Kat and Vern are a married couple who write duet country/folk music about their love for each other and their mutually shared moral values.
- Davey Waterstone (a.k.a. Crushed Open) - In vein of Dashboard Confessional, Saves the Day, Get Up Kids and other pillars of the “emo” movement, Waterstone has no problem letting you know just how fragile his infinitely adolescent emotions are. Though Waterstone came later to the scene, and derived all of his musical elements from others, he still packs the gymnasium with stupid high-school girls
- Muddy and Beepalot - educational music for KIDZ!
These are just some of the artists you’ll meet in Mutronia. Each provides a distinct, yet derivative voice (this probably includes songs written by me AS me). I hope you’ll enjoy and keep checking back for new tunes…and toons.
Best,
Adam G Malamut
